Organizational Meeting

September 7, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.

1.	Call to Order Marcella Blocker, Deputy Clerk, called the meeting to Order at 3:00 p.m.
2.	Nominations and Election of Chairman to Value Adjustment Board (VAB) (Must be County Commissioner) Rowan motion to appoint Brenda Holt/Scott 4-0
3.	Introduction of Board Members   Board members introduced themselves to each other.
4.	Introduction of Clerk’s Designee to Act as Clerk to VAB Marcella Blocker introduced herself to the Board and told them she was the Clerk Secretary to the Board and the Deputy Clerk to the Value Adjustment Board.
5.	Appointment of VAB Legal Counsel  Rowan made motion to appoint Bradley Munroe as Council/Watson 4-0
6.	VAB Hearing Dates – October 4, 2016 starting at 9:00 a.m.   If there is any need to be rescheduled, it will be on October 5, 2016. VAB Clerk informed everyone the necessity of the certification and to provide the certificate to her before the October 4^th date.
7.	Postponement of Meeting

Rowan motion to postpone/Scott 4-0
